Sixth Form

A modern sixth form for students aged 16 to 19, with a strong university focus

Sixth form at DLD College London educates students aged 16 to 19 through A Levels, the BTEC National Diploma, BTEC National Extended Diploma and the Foundation Programme. Our sixth form is built around ambition, individual support and strong progression to university.

Students choose the pathway that fits their goals, whether that is a broad set of A Levels, a focused vocational diploma or a one-year route designed for international students. Small class sizes and a student-centred approach mean every student is known, challenged and supported.

Sixth form pathways

We offer A Levels in more than 19 subjects, including A Level Retakes, alongside the BTEC National Extended Diploma and other BTEC National qualifications. Students can join the Foundation Programme, a one-year route into UK universities.

A strong university focus

Progression to university sits at the heart of our sixth form. Around 40% of students progress to Russell Group universities each year, and 75% continue to top London universities including Imperial College London, UCL, King’s College London, City St George’s, University of London and University of the Arts London. International destinations have included UCLA, Columbia University, the University of Amsterdam and the International University of Monaco.

Support for every application

Specialist University Admissions Tutors support every application, including through UCAS. Combined with careers guidance and study support, this helps students make well informed choices and present themselves confidently to their chosen universities.
